is it wise if i getting v959 as my first baby? i am beginner ( maybe lower ) and is it easy to handle for newcomer?

Mine is easy to control(after a week keep lenjan the unit), n i can control it in mode 2, sadly my fren doesnt like this rc thing so I keep plying it alone

after crush my RM200++ quadcopter, i want to step further with build my own quad... The question is, where can i get the parts and the guideline to build it as i know nothing ( except some form 5 physics ) about electronics and stuff like that... i live in malacca..
