Hi everybody,,, i am new here...
i wish someone would be able to help me with my horrible problem in my Gen 2 gearbox
i have an automatic 1.6 campro Gen 2. Actually it has a very strange problem,, I took it to my mechanic to fix many times,,, but the problem is still there... the problem is simply: at the beginning,,, when i start the car, and move from (P) to ® the whole car will shake or tremble ( it s like earth quake or car quake) and when moving from ® to (N) then to (D) the car will shake again and the (D) light on the dashboard will light on and off (glow) and the car will have no power to go... then if i drive it,,, it will not be able to go faster than 80 kmph... and i think the gear stays on 3rd gear,,, it cant shift up or down.... but after i fixed the gearbox (the mechanic made a reconstruct for the gearbox) it has worked well for a couple of days... but after that the problem came back again.. but this time it s much worse... because now,, while i am driving,, the gearbox produces a sound like "craaaaack" and same problem happens,,, the (D) light glows (on and off) and the car has no power to go and the the rpm is high,,, and the worst thing i cant go faster than 80 kmph,, at this speed,, the rpm is around 4.5-5 k..
so please if anyone knows how to fix this problem (except buying a new gearbox) please help me

are all the speed sensors working fine? that rpm is high and it looks like the gear is not changing.

rpm 6k at 80kph.. looks like its on 2nd gear.. ever go to proton center for checking?

the mechanic tried to change all the sensors but it is still there,,,
for the gear i think it is on 3rd gear because i can reach up to 90 km

No, 3rd gear can reach more than that.. I personally did 120kph on 3rd gear..
Btw, have you go for PDT? any error/fault code on ecu?
