Saw some quill advertisement. Worth around rm750psf this location.
5 in 1 1. Mall more dead than dead fish 2. Those banks will have how many tenants to rent?? 0 expat bank 3. That uni anyone can afford to rent here?? 4. Just imagine that one is kl sentral with MULTIPLE top MNCs trains to airport and basically everywhere and decent mall. This one got any of those?? |

The price of this property is relatively similar to the surrounding properties. Would love to stay here but i personally don't have the budget for it...

Went to the mall, it's so dead. The most dead I've ever been. Saw the showroom still open so walk in to kepochi, the sa says it's now selling around 960 psf for the smallest studio

But to be honest, the location is good, got mall also got monorail. But after go thru all the comments, sound a bit negative. Need to do more study |
