For those who are not familiar with Amber, they have a good track record in Cheras area.
Bought a unit of their Seri Puteri Condo, Cheras back in 2010 for about Rm 237k. About to complete coming July. However the asking price now is RM450k. Thats almost a 90% appreciation while still under construction
