very big layout, starting from 1700ft2. If for own stay in future should be reasonable. But such big layout for rental in future will be slightly hard.
Not much facilities offer. no basket ball courts, no tennis courts, no sauna room, but such with basic swimming pool and gym. quite boring features. Did not attracted me much during my viewing. Price expected to goes up next year when they launched the Block B |

at least they taken my advise to revise the snp price higher so that can offer 10% rebate instead of 5% for easy owning scheme. Imagine have to fork a rm30k for 5% downpayment for signing snp last time. Good job and they are friendly than WOTP i should say. *Thumbs up*
