This project sales not so good. Developer is not in top 20 list , Might be risky for the minority group booked it . No clear spec of the units so far in their sales office too,

The location is tanming 2.5 storey there . From tun Hussein going to angerik , before reach the sekolah Hussein onn there is 90 degree corner . Just right hand side .

Painting DIY la . Can save rm3000k workmanship
The most tiring part is painting ceiling only
Afterthat wall painting easy
. Depends la week day spend 2-3 hrs if tired then rest awhile la.
Weekend spend 6 hrs
About a month finish .

Go hardware buy the blue strip plastic
Put on floor la ..
Bring radio along while painting . Haha
