What you will be getting you can refer to the brochures pg 8/8. you can download from their website.

The toilet in the showroom office will be something like the unit toilet design you be getting. They have some sample tiles which they will be using in the units for you to see.

AFAIK show unit wont be up since they are selling at 320psf only.
Basically you are getting only about 8.5% discount from SnP price.
Maintenance fee is rm300 per month since not much facilities they are providing.

When I left I think south view almost fully sold. 1795sqf left lvl 5 and 11. The 1873sqf left 1 or 2 choices only.

North view also left approximately 10-15 units total. Mostly leftover are the last block where you will be facing the sun from noon till sunsets.

Majority are booked by Chinese according to them, 1 unit are Indian and 4 units are Korean

from what i have been told by SA
price per sqft is RM360 b4 discount.price will increase by RM1K from each level till level 8 and RM2K from level 9 onwards
besides that Tower B have been booked out for more that 20 units for north view.
