Casa Green is value buy, not much good condos with this pricing with this kind of space...buy for your use and not for speculation, investment is greatly encourage with upside in the next 3yrs ie upon completion...... at the sales office today and was informed by Ronald that the architect that they are engaging is the same one that Sunway is using for their projects....sales has been very very good the last 3days approx 78% sold for the bigger units...
Saw this chap, a foreigner booking 3units at once on Saturday, yest. Block B is definetly going to be expensive

Was wondering when we will be executing the S&P??? anyone out there has any idea??? Dont think it is ready just yet cos some specifications
are not confirmed . I , for one wont sign just yet until everything is finalised.

Hi, i was at the sales office today, sunday,,,a couple more units sold..., looks like sales is picking up..
Was also at their actual site , managed to see some clearing, as i was told by the project people at the sales
office, that they have started clearing the land...

Dont wait too long, as choice units might be gone unless you wanna go for the other block...

thought u guys knew about this before the purchase..with regards to the S&P was told by the management staff it will only be ready late December, or early July....cheers mate

Hi, I was asked to execute the S&P by the SA nextweek, any of you guys sign yet..?
BTW , i did passed by the entry road leading to the site , but no works seem to be done
for the whole of last week, any idea whats happening, no progress at all??

Hi Rodimusconvoy, ya, me too looking forward to the showhouse and my dream condo, but it looks like its going to be along wait maybe sometime in March 2013, . Firstly the access road is not ready but progressing well, and so many holidays approaching, so showroom dont think can be ready soon???

Just for your info, I was at the entrance to the site and saw that the wall and road is almost completed
With red lanterns being hung all along the road. Also Casa Green Seri Minang name has been casted
On the brick wall , looks pretty impressive, now awaiting for the showroom to be up..
Believe the sales for the later block is pretty slow , maybe due to the holidays and the upcoming GE,
Making a lot of investors and public shying away from any big purchases and investments,.
