Hmmmm....why would you assume bkt jalil punya name ada umph le?

All I can think of is high crime rate, high prostitute concentration, heavy traffic, worst traffic if there's a concert of sport event, endah parade is literally abandoned unless you're into somewhere activities, no offense but pretty much a Malay majority area.

The good thing I suppose is good connectivity, good sport facility and probably pavilion 2

Yea, only one road in, one road out.

Bad thing is, there's only one road,

Good thing is, it's only for CS owners, we do share the front portion of the road with TSM owners, but the units there are fairly limited.

I suppose they'll will open a bate gate that leads to the back of CS, but most probably for pedestrian traffic and not for vehicle, so some could park at the back and walk into CS, but that's just my opinion. Not sure if that's the case.

Sometime back, CS have confirmed no parking for the road, and there's sufficient parking for many too.

Later launch date,

By then, CS have already have gain some recognition and reputation, thus enabling the developer to sell higher.

In contrast, block a is slightly cheaper because during launch, both the project and the developer are almost consider "unknown" and this they have to lower the price to attract interest.
