Dear Fellow Casa Green owners,

Another update about the progress of name changing petition
I went to see MPKJ and asked for the Surat Kelulusan on Casa Green project
Its undeniable fact that Amber Homes knows what would the postal address be since day 1 in year 2013
Later shall upload the picture
I asked if Amber Homes did submit appeal letter in which MPKJ replied that they received it before Hari Raya
Now they have submit it to Pos Malaysia and pending their feedback before a meeting to discuss (approximately 1 month required)
Heard say it will be difficult to change name and must include Malay words as well

what you all think of the word service apartment?  4 - 5 years back when the very 1st time Malaysia high rise use service apartment, everyone was wow....   I bought service apartment too end up like this

I dunno le..what I kno is if u still paying the insterest, means u just pay for the interest only.not the primary installment.means if ur loan is 30 years tenure, it will start from the day u start full installment.

But for me, I am so called paid my much earlier, so it shorten the tenure little bit n I can save the interest money

Sorry for late reply as I was away for outstation assignment and busy of office work.

I have called to Amber Homes regarding the name changing status update where they are now pushing MPKJ to revert them (no idea how true is it).

I have also asked Ms Po Chin (secretary of Ronald) if Ronald is free to meet up with us for the subject matter as well as the update of VP progress and she will revert to me by tomorrow (hope so).

I will notify everyone if the meeting date and venue is confirmed. Should anyone is available, please feel free to join in as well.

Kone is a good brand also. World Top 10 brand for lift.
FYI mk seni also using Kone brand.
