1) GST charged is as requested by Syabas
2) Confirmed its single phase on electricity deposit under TNB agreement as shown in FB
3) Postal address:

Huh I thought the address is like what member shared in previous post" Bandar Casa Green " so now why the fuq got pangsapuri word come out pulakkk

well, but coming to the most basis of definition, it's based on the availability of various amenities that counts.

as for CG, we might have advantage over size, but WOTP have the advantages on amenities.

so i suppose that's how they've decided that we are a Pangsapuri, and not Condominium.

even in the tnb registration, we are registered as 3 or less room apartment. so there goes the justification of Pangsapuri.

none the less, i do hope they'll drop the word pangsapuri to kondominium, or Just do like WOTP, we just put there as Casa Green.

The basin and toilet bowl still acceptable, unless you don't like the design!

But i have to agree, lift damn cheapo

Currently it's just all steel la!

Maybe will paste sticker or something.

But overall really cheapo

The address is one thing i was not so particular~~~although it does sounds cheap~~even the Seri Mas "Flat" of Amber homes HQ can be called Condo~~

What i am more interested is actually the build quality~~
