Currently my house got 4 1hp air con and 1 2hp aircon

All can be switch on at the same time, as long as they're not turned on Once shot, eg, turn on 2-3 air con first, after like 5-10minute then only turn on others!

Tried once turning on all at the same timing, whole house trip jo.

But sometime you can realize light with flicker abit and TV and macam will skip abit

Don't know related or not, but only observe such occurrence during all air con on!

Further disclaimer, hardly turn on all the time, only once in a blue moon, since 2hp aircon is in living room, while others in room, so timing usually doesn't clashes.
And if turn on all 4 1hp aircon in room, no problem at all!

Here's some updates for y'all,

1. Those that received the tnb and water deposit, gst is charged by syabas, not Amber homes.

2. Can't confirm for all units, but those paying rm500 for electric box are getting single phased 240V 100amp electric box, it's apparently higher capacity to the conventional single phased 240V 60amp box.

3. VP for block A should be Sept 2015, but there will still be on going minor construction for common area, VP for block B is Dec 2015.

4. They've not set internet provider yet, but if we want unifi, they'll get it only with 70% of resident agreeing with it! Anyone have better solution? Like Times, jaring, or any independent ISP?unifi sucks most of the time!

5. Astro will be cabled in, and not individual satellite dish.

6. Access card so far are limited to 2 per unit, no additional card, nor parking bay are up for sales for now.

These are the questions I've asked on 06/07/2015.

We are charge based on a 3 room condo.

Yea, but since block A VP earlier with probably incompleted, are we still gonna pay in full? Or pro rated?

Or Amber homes is bestest developer, give waived fees:)
