Technical Replace Xbox360 DVD drive, faulty

My son's Xbox360 developed problems with reading disks. Now sometimes cannot open the tray.
I have an older Xb0x360 (Falcon I think) , is it possible to swap the drive? I read that have to get the firmware from the faulty drive and flash it to the old one. Anybody can do that? Alternatively, anybody do drive replacement (contacts )? Thanks |
