I have just one advice: Make sure your shoes/skates are on TIGHT! Yes, tight! It may hurt, but it helps you balance.
Loose shoes will make you unbalanced and cause you to fall down.
I pro skater and I second this advice. when I wented to pyramid to skated I always see people wear loosed skating shoes. the result is their whole kaki is straight but their shoes almost horizontal. learning how to make sure it's tight helps a lot. go youtube and search how to tie a skate shoe. it's simple but makes a lot of difference.Loose shoes will make you unbalanced and cause you to fall down.
when I wented to pyramid and forgot to bring my own skate shoes, I rented the shoes they have. the one I got the blade is not sharp at all. I pro also cannot even stand when wearing it. so I go back to the rental booth and asked to exchange another shoe with sharper blade. then only it's ok.
anyway good luck brah
