I don't think Nu Gundam is going to need anything besides the waterslide decals. Combined with the detail the plastic already has, those waterslides will be more than enough to flesh out the kit without making it look too cluttered.

Yeah it was very tedious and for me who don't like even a small error on placing make it avoid dry transfer like a plague and just wait someone made the waterslide version. And trying to put dry transfer on Sinanju must be a nightmare. rclxub.gif

Looks nice, but between Nu Gundam in December, Tallgeese EW in January, and that Metal in Frame RX-78-2 I won off an ebay auction, i'm officially done with buying new Gunpla well until next year.

More Tallgeese with closeup shots !!
http://www.toy-world.com.hk/forum/viewthre...&extra=page%3D1

Yay for fatass thighs !! Sweet.

Nay for gundam-styled dual eye look. This is the TG2 look, not TG !

Come on Bandai, Tallgeese is famous for the emotionless, eyeless look.

Dober gun seems to have some gimmick about a sliding mechanism at the rear end, most likely to accommodate the detachable ammo clip like the Unicorn's bazooka. The camera is a nice addition although the barrel could have been longer and a larger calibre.

Things I hope will happen:
1. Dober gun being able to pose underneath the arm pit like a rifle, or above the shoulder like a bazooka instead of hanging awkwardly on the shoulder.

2. Being able to hold the shield in the left hand like Gyan, attach it to the left forearm, and also position the shield high up on the left shoulder like Altron. Asking too much I guess.

3. Eagle decal for the shield !!

I don't think it's Tallgeese 2 either, look at it's crown and the 'ahem' crotch design.
The EW version should be referring to Tallgeese 3, but it's missing the whiplash.
But without color, seems quite hard to determine which one hmm.gif

It's Tallgeese1. That's not the "Gundam dual-eyes", Tallgeese has a recessed visor that looks like a thinner version of Quattro's sunglasses

So when viewed from a higher perspective the helmet will make it looks like 2 eyes instead of a continuous visor
The MG Wing series had always been refered to as EW smile.gif

Where can I buy a CR1220 battery for my Astray head LED?
Tried 2 watch shops in my area, none of them stock it.

Here's a pic of the head I took for fun:

What I meant was the eyepiece which resembles TG2's gundam eyes rather than TG1's robocop styled sensor. The crotch design doesn't really differentiate between the different TGs too since all of them share the same body and limbs, where the TG3 has larger shoulder armours.

The EW label is due to the fact that the other W MGs are based on Katoki's alternate designs which are being used in the recent mangas. Speaking of which, the Tallgeese in the manga actually carries a lance and I'm glad they didn't include that. Doesn't really fit in anyway.

And thank god Bandai didn't use Katoki's Zechs custom Leo design as the ver Ka. Tallgeese.

The SD TG1 had the dual eye look (without eyes of course, just the shape) while the HG 1/100 kit and the anime had horizontal slits like robocop or cyclops.

But even if the MG came with a dual eye look, it'll be easy to fix with a small file and sharp blade.

For me it about 50/50. The tedious part come when that you have to clean the airbrush at the end of every painting session and there different kind of method of cleaning depend on what you doing like changing paint and others and must have a mask since it very harmful to your health if smell to much paint fume. Also it took me a while to get the right mixture of paint & thinner for it smoothly flow through the airbrush. Even with those issue, i still use it since it give so much control over spray paint and for much cheaper paint on the long run. My Tamiya gunmetal spray is just enough for my Unicorn gundam innerframe while with airbrush, gunmetal bottle i have still have more left after use it for 2-3 kits + can mix your own paint.
The Nu gundam look so awesome and those fin funnel attachment look so much better than the clear beam that they use to which are bad for long term display.

One thing for sure this year end and early next year will sure pokai my wallet.  sad.gif
