haha...ya its tough.Use ATC....it helps expecially during cordination and flight plan.

finally we got some steps today....but we do need a plan to make things more understandable.From wat i see today,we can follow each other but as soon as the leading plane...kaboom...all scramble like flies .

Okay..i got a suggestion..dunno useful or not.

-Pick 5 pilot for the diamond formation including a leader
-circle around the map before doing any formation
-When everyone is ready,the diamond squad pilots will follow the leader while the others..just continue flying around the map.

When ur planning for the diamond formation:-
-Set the meeting place(which carrier)
-Set pilot cordination(which one is front left, front right,Rear left,rear right and lastman)
-set the speed..

and at last....PRACTICE,PRACTICE AND PRACTICE

Btw...i suggest having a joystick.The control is more easier if want to coordinate.
