Yes i am working as a production pharmacist. Normal working hours I would say. Paywise comparable with retail or better perhaps. Things can get pretty tough when dealing with issues / problems/ facing audits etc.

I do not know of the process of engaging PRP's in pharma companies. In my time we enter as an already registered pharmacist. In my case I've already worked for 4 years plus before joining pharma. So its a different ball game. freshies like you might be subject to competitions from other applicants as you all have nothing much to contribute in the beginning but more of learning from the work in industries and slowly master the processes.

Why you want to go industry? Do u actually know what a pharmacist in industries does? Its not easy. working hours might be long and work is tough. You sure you want?
