QUOTE(geston92 @ Aug 22 2017, 04:57 PM) Hi, is there any registered pharmacist who is working in local/mnc under sales and marketing? What benefit do you have being a registered pharmacist vs unregistered r pharmacist in the sales force? Is it necessary to be registered if I intend to be in the sales force and climb the corporate ladder? There isn't much difference being a registered or unregistered pharmacist in sales and marketing. However it might differ a little only if you are in the regulatory role, as in you can contribute your license A for the company perusal. Feel free to ask - I am a registered pharmacist in the marketing line.

QUOTE(geston92 @ Aug 23 2017, 01:35 PM) I would like to hear from a registered pharmacist working under sales and marketing in pharmaceutical industry. Is there any differences in terms of career development and salary between registered pharmacist and non registered pharmacist/other graduates. Thanks. I can safely say, there is not much difference being a registered / unregistered if you wish to enter into sales and marketing line. In fact being a pharmacist will be value added but does not guarantee a brighter future in this line. It is still very much depends on your communication skill, PR skill, leadership skill etc etc. I observe any people from science background ( not a pharmacist/ doctor ) but progress well in this line too.
