no, its u (casual) that they dont care about

blizz care a lot for the majority (read whining) players. just look at all the changes blizz made for them

let me rephrase. i group casual+hardcore together. and in no way blizz care for either of them
blizz only care about whining players, which makes up majority of wow.

oh if u mean above, its just one of the many example that shows Blizz priority

lore-wise NE is prohibited from using arcane magic (well of eternity drama). but after QQ thread from whiners about NE mage, blizz open that class to NE. lore explanation? they reinvite their high-elves brother to join them
why the QQ? well, NE used to be the top race chart (usage) in WoW. not sure how they fare now though

now top chart is pandaren. even when i play ally now, i see not much different than horde, since my dungeonmate are all panda 99% of the time

i still prefer BE racial though. good for pvp/pve
pvp -> silence + interrupt
pve -> mana/energy during low level, silence + interrupt for higher level.... well my 85 hunter still use it for focus 99% of the time
