Hi, i might be new in this. I have a cheap audio system before. Now change to component speaker rockford forsqate with woofer punch version. Amp rockford forsqate prime version. And woofer support still uaing auto craft. Player nakamichi. After install jave diatubance frekuensi sound and when driving got aeroplane sound. How to overcome this???? Please help...... Use up 5k for this. Want to settle this problem only add up monoblog.

most likely coz by amp or wiring. Maybe you need to get to the accessories shop and get the wiring check to ensure no leaking or touching other parts of the car. Normally for the main power cable wiring from battery to amp, the installer should wrap them with a protector stripes, check if this is done.

If you cannot trust your current installer, I advice you to bring to KK Lau for checking where he has good workmanship.

rm5k and get aeroplane sound? why cant you check with your current/previous installer?

IIRC, one of the common source of aeroplane sound (aka alternator whine) comes from wiring of power cable, RCA cables, and speaker cables not done properly, i.e.: how these 3 main group of cables run from front to back.

Actually i already chexk with my current installer. And already testing change the player to pioneer dont know which model but same price he told me around rm1k and no diaturbance and aeroplane sound, but the power of sound is not there. Then i just try other nakamichi also got the sound. That y dont know what to do now. If change to other player the sound wont be that good ler...... Where is that kk actualy???

If your Nakamichi player got problem, just got it fixed better than buy the RM1k+ Pioneer player unless u wanna change to other more "oomph" player like Clarion HX-D2, Alpine or Pioneer P99RS.

Isn't it obvious changing player can solve problem....

Sad for him if need to chuck the nice Nakamichi player away ....

Eh last time I also got aeroplane sound leh. Spend much money doesn't mean no aeroplane sound ma. Sumtime human may did mistake :-)

to be a lil bit more specific, whinning noise can be generated from the following variables:
note: its critical to pin point where the source of the noise is comin so issues can be sorted out

1. power cables n interconnect are running in parallel with each other
2. passive xover picking up noise from nearby car electronics
3. check Head Unit grounding cable and GND cable at PCB board
4. interconnect grounding got issues
5. check frontstage amp - faulty amp!
6. remove preamp if any
7. lift up speaker cables from the carpet
* very rare case!! only certain model of cars have this issue
8. aftermarket performance ignition cables cause noise
9. check all grounding equipment(preferably proper crimp terminals) and try relocating
10. car battery is dying..need a new batt
11. inspect external dc converter Head unit if any

alwiz a good idea to tackle the noise head-on and rectify it. adding additional voodoo accessories ex- noise eliminator, capacitor at alternator n etc..is NOT a solution BUT juz masking/hiding the problem.

Maybe you should get a refund on the naka. I dunn think pioneer 9000 series cost 1k. Then go get something from someone else. Like howies clarion or something.

Thanks all sifu. For pre amp i already get rid when the first installation. Will get to othershop check. I dont dare to change other player cz other player that in a price same as this nakamichi cant brin out the best sound from the speaker. Will check kklau website and see what can do. Hope nothing else. All sound are nice juat need to get rid of that disturbance sound which annoying when playbsong in lower volume. Hope can be settle. Thanks all sifus. May I know the model and price you paid for the naka?
