Astral Projection is real to those who practice it. I do AP and BOE every now and then for the past 20 years. Sometimes I can't control but most of time at will. Sometimes I travel far and sometimes I can't get past the ceiling. But when I am out, it feels good in another world and then you come back (wakeup) with a very fresh mind.

Out of Body Experience (OBE) or Astral Projection (AP) is real if you can get past a common sensation during sleep which most people cannot get past and wake up out of fear. If you can get past that, this is your first step to learn about this wonderful sensation. I have been practicing this for 20 years and still at times stopped out of fear. Hence I understand why most people don't believe it nor ever giving it a try.

PM me for a few simple real world guide to start doing this, if you are interested. But bear in mind you need to keep practicing it for years.

I refer only to the real sensation of floating around. once you can do that, is up to you to believe whatever your belief are.

If you are superstitious, religious or believe in ghost and spirit.. its a step blocking you from AP, hence most can't AP or believe in AP. Its much easier to learn OBE if you are not superstitious because it is natural human experience. Its a great experience to learn and you will realize the world is not just what you see....
