It depends on what kind of projection you are experiencing, do you suddenly feel like something amazing like idea or knowledge flow trough your thoughts or are you feeling like being able to travel / sense / hear / focus better ?
In any case there is 2 things you usually should do before and after attempting to connect.

Before you start you must not think of other stuff, you have to clear your mind , to be certain you are in that condition you have to judge, if your eye ball move around but you feel that your brain isn’t receiving anything like in a floating state then you are ready to connect. Once you start to project the flow use imagination that all this flow is organize into a huge load of bookshelf then everything that flow trough is book. That way you minimize your brain from taking in everything from 1 go.

After the session is over and if you start feeling pain on the back of your head, first you need cold air, it’s best that you do all your connection on an air condition environment because it’s easier, close your eyes, focus on your nose take a deep breath , do you feel the cold air tingling on the side of your nose? Continue with a few more deep breathing until you feel like your nose got 2 pipe tingling up to the bridge of your nose, then focus that tingling effect up to your eye brow, pass your middle head then finally to the back of your head, if you do it right you will eventually feel like there is 2 tube from your nose passing above then back of your head.

Do that a few more times, every time when the tingling effect go to the back of your head make an attempt to yawn, then before you yawn shake off the tingling effect. IF you do it right eventually you won’t feel pain at all after every connection. You can also try this method from the freezer cold air, it’s very strong so it’s not advisable to attempt until you are skilled with normal air condition environment. On top of that you don’t inhale fast either if you are using the freezer because you will get brain freeze.

I jump into this shift every time when I am stuck with ideas or assignment, it’s a very fast and easy method to become creative in seconds and things you explore is faster then others, depends on how much you can take while in connection.

Not everyone can experience this kind of things, you should be proud to own this ability. Enjoy your new found power and don’t abuse it.

This. I myself have been experiencing this since 2006-07, when I 1st got this, I couldn't sleep well for weeks, my mind just races and it is VERY exhausting. Now, I no longer have ADD. I'm more quiet now. I see things that people don't see. Observant. Now, it no longer bothers me, but that's all I can do when I sleep, flow of knowledge, that's all I end up with, I can't open nothing else. I can stay longer in this "eureka" state, but can advance no further. Usually, I'll know I'm gonna fall into a sleep state when my mind started to slow down, like whatever scenes I'm thinking of, suddenly it slows down, then I'll sleep.

So my Q is, I already get to the stage of absorbing and creating wonders / knowledge, NOW HOW DO I GET TO THE OTHER SIDE? Will weed help me?
