QUOTE(The 1 Coward @ Sep 29 2012, 09:08 AM) Gizmodo - A week with the iPhone5 Pretty much a fair review. Am getting very impatient to get one. I hope getting from Apple Store will not have any issues Was going to post this exact same article. Amongst other things, it rubbishes this idea (mostly from haters), that everything must change for change's sake. Good article.

QUOTE(PeeEl @ Oct 7 2012, 09:21 AM) Yeah, I know. I was just commenting on what you afforded. Caveat...I think I love iPhones as much as anyone here. However, I am just stating factual situations so we here are not deemed to be bias. Cheers. At the same time, one can't help but be amused by the 'karma'. When the iPhone owners protested in the iPhone 4S vs SGS3 videos cos the iPhone fell on its face, Samsung owners were answering "tough", or "it's realistic because you cannot predict falls" etc etc. Suddenly this time, iPhone 5 beating SGS3 in multiple videos, by the EXACT SAME testers from last round, and Samsung fans going "eh biased", "not fair" etc lol.

QUOTE(jsc_tidus @ Oct 15 2012, 04:01 PM) when using apple maps, still need data or can offline? like google maps? You can use Apple maps while offline, except without navigation etc. Apparently Apple Maps is so data efficient, that it's automatic caching saves an area larger than Google's dedicated offline mode on Android. http://appleinsider.com/articles/12/10/05/...for-a-wide-area
