Depends on how u use it? I've no scratches on mine so far and I don't use a casing either.
OK, here's one CON compared to the 4S. Battery life. It just doesn't last as long. Usage patterns on both phones are the same..in fact if I think about it, the iPhone 5 is getting used lesser than the 4S and yet I'm getting less battery life.
Hmm..since we're into CONs, how about having to spend another RM 69 for an additional lightning connector? One for the house and one for the office?

um ive been usingg my iP5 for more than a week already. but the first week itself, the chrome of the bezel already started to peel off. i have to mentioned that i am a very careful user. used my iP4 for about 2years now and nothing is wrong with it, cosmetically.
so that being said, i gotta say that the durability of the bezel part for the iP5 is generally very low, at least for the black one.
battery wise? yes i am abit disappointed at first when it didnt vary much from the iP4 i was using. den i went into settings a configured a few things. off'd a few things that i didnt need. and now one charge can last me from 9am to about 11pm?
i do use it quite often: calls/msgs/web surfing.
i think with a few tweaks of the settings, the battery life should be quite tolerable.

when using apple maps, still need data or can offline? like google maps?
yes bro, maps does need data to work, unlike garmin that relies on satellite to locate and navigate.
