I really pity teachers these days. Aside from teaching, they have to handle the administrative works and such.

I admit, this is the first time that I've heard of PBS. The idea is there, however the practicality is still questionable. It looks great on paper, but the outcome---I believe only the teachers have the answer. I am not saying that PBS is bad, I think that this system requires more fine-tuning in order for it to be more "teacher-friendly" in the future
