personally i dint see accidents like that happened before...well if i were to see anyone that runs over an animal then run off...(hit & run) i'll throw any stone handy to me that moment...there's this once a guy that knocked my dog...(she ran out) i saw her flew to the side...fortunatly nothing happened...i dint catch the guy that did it also coz i was too worried bout my dog...
