Try coffee ritual, artisan roast ttdi or three little birds. Should be around 200.

If you want accuracy, fast readout and have a way to bring it back from SG, get this instead:

It's a much better scale in terms of value. However u'll need a separate timer.

I see that u r on tight budget. If u know taobao, u can source welhome grinder from there. But no local warranty.

Other way is to buy hand burr grinder, if u only make 1 or 2 cups per day

After adding in shipment cost, expect no less than rm400 for the lowest spec in welhome grinder range. You'll have to find other brand and I've really no recommendation for that   

I know this will sound harsh, but good and cheap don't exist together in coffee grinder unfortunately 

your price range, or possibly cheaper. I got mine locally from a store in Queens Bay.

we were afraid of the high caffeine contain on the liberica beans.. thus gave the booth a pass.
how about the thailand(chiang rai) coffee? they have a booth near the hall b's cafe..
it's cheaper (and a conical burr too) but it'll be a huge challenge for you if you're not interested in china made product lu.. 

That bodum grinder is made in China.
Today most lower end product are made in China
If u paying usd$1-2k u wouldn't want it made in China

expectation (so)high.. but budget so low... sounds so cheapskate.. lel
