If those with normal equipment can take MP lvl 10 then no point they introduce this new system.

Looking at it, should be no problem at all.
High LOH/LS could let you survive.
There are so many monsters to hit. More hits more life recovery.

DPSer (that can do persistent damage without KOing in 1-2 hits), we need Barb and Demon Hunter.

Co-op game seems very interesting.

well balanced build will be quite successful in this patch .....just my 2 cents

well u can zerg kill all u want...but in terms of efficiently level..well balanced build might have the upper hand..

DH with 30K HP + low AR, he can still survive for a min.

while barbs are one of the best cc'ers in the game, bolded = lol

so RD on elites are gonna be the worse nightmare for DHs ?

Range players can just shoot from afar.

that's not the point. unless your barb has chance to cc (eg: fear, stun, freeze) on weapon, tornados are not CC

the definition of cc's in blizzard games has always been the above examples.

My definition is, fear is not CC.
For me, crowd control is controlling the crowd.

Yes, for 4 seconds.
It is not effective in battleground, where you have arcane/fire/poison under your feet.

Then the only almost-perma CC I could have think of is Frost Nova Wiz.

Skill wise, yes, Wiz has the frozen skill.
Game play wise, Barb's WW and even Monk's Cyclone Strike can control the crowd too.

I tested all these in co-op game. They are all effective.

just try 1.0.5 PTR - MP10 ( inferno act 3)
can tank the elites and the monters......but.....
kill a pack of elites need atleast 4 mins.....
the life of elites is too long!!!!!!!!
my dps without ss is 80k dps but still need 4 mins.......

So, it means monsters do not have increasing damage. I think that's good news.

Sure solo one.
Like others said, MP3-MP5 is the sweet spot for normal players.
My dps is just 50k, can do MP10 just fine but yawn...so long.

But I found a blue amulet with 80% crit dmg.
I wonder if the max is 80% or 90% or 100%....

I still dont know how MP will scale in party though, since you cant open or join public game when MP is on, and my friend hasnt finished dload.(for now its for friends only)

That's my big concern.

Emm, I think the damage got increase abit because I use many defensive skill, open gloom, cast 10% AR wolf, use generade that reduce 20% monters damage 3 seconds, cast sentry with sheild that reduce damage..

The monsters do increase in dmg each MP lvl, but very little.In party the dmg of monsters dont increase iirc, just health.

Accually this video only 1 min but dunno why become 2 mins and repeat after upload to YouTube.
I use around 3-4 mins to kill the elites but sharing 1 min video only because the size of video is too big to upload.
If admin feel this sharing thread no suitable here, can close it anytime. Just wan to share the long life of the elites in mp10, tqvm.

Go option and game play then check the box of enable monster power.

Can you test if MP9 monster hit harder than MP10?

Ya, bro. My dps really low if compare to real DH. So I can't kill elites players 10 faster.. Hope ur high dps wizard can farm many legendary or set items in players 10 next patch 105 becoz will boots to MF 600% if u p100. I can't farm in MP10, so I will go MP5 (125% MF) + 5NV (75%) + p13(39%)=239% is enough for me.Thanks ya.

i just cleared my first elite in act 3, took ages with 200k dps wiz. need to consider build now. sigh. dropped crap too.

i think mp10 is meant to farm rings since its 100% drop rate from the uber bosses other than that i dont think its viable to farm. previously wiz meteor spec was destroying mp10 thats why got nerfed hardcore lmao
