That I'm not sure. I just saw the clip from another thread.

If you refer to 1st post, LVL10 is not really bad.
DH with 30K HP + low AR, he can still survive for a min.

that's not the point. unless your barb has chance to cc (eg: fear, stun, freeze) on weapon, tornados are not CC

the definition of cc's in blizzard games has always been the above examples.

My definition is, fear is not CC.
For me, crowd control is controlling the crowd.

Yes, for 4 seconds.
It is not effective in battleground, where you have arcane/fire/poison under your feet.

Then the only almost-perma CC I could have think of is Frost Nova Wiz.

Skill wise, yes, Wiz has the frozen skill.
Game play wise, Barb's WW and even Monk's Cyclone Strike can control the crowd too.

I tested all these in co-op game. They are all effective.

just try 1.0.5 PTR - MP10 ( inferno act 3) flex.gif
can tank the elites and the monters......but..... sad.gif
kill a pack of elites need atleast 4 mins..... sweat.gif
the life of elites is too long!!!!!!!!
my dps without ss is 80k dps but still need 4 mins....... blink.gif

Like others said, MP3-MP5 is the sweet spot for normal players.
My dps is just 50k, can do MP10 just fine but yawn...so long. yawn.gif

But I found a blue amulet with 80% crit dmg. shocking.gif
I wonder if the max is 80% or 90% or 100%.... hmm.gif

wooh... try do the co-op testing and share with us the damage of the monsters.
That's my big concern.

Emm, I think the damage got increase abit because I use many defensive skill, open gloom, cast 10% AR wolf, use generade that reduce 20% monters damage 3 seconds, cast sentry with sheild that reduce damage..

The monsters do increase in dmg each MP lvl, but very little.In party the dmg of monsters dont increase iirc, just health.
