Well from my experience so far woman get orgasm most of the time from foreplay , using fingers and tongue mostly and penetration can result to orgasm only say 20% of the time, if counting faking it, could be much less (Orgasm from penetration most probably happen if mood is right,cause you know how to set the right mood, or the girl havent hv sex for extended period of time IMHO).
