errr... cant create as email addr dun accpet yahoo or hotmail, how la?

Er, how is that done actually? Do I need to login to GameArena to do that? I tried to join, but the e-mail field I phailed because:

"Please note: You will require an email address provided by an Internet Service Provider - webmail addresses such as Yahoo or Hotmail aren't accepted"

So how?
