Nothing to do with election.

Previously KTM did receive complaints that ETS services were not frequent as it only has trains every 3 hours.

Now every 2 hours smile.gif

There have been improvements. Last year, they only sold tiny packets of 5 MYR nasi lemak in the southern sector, and 5 MYR microwaved fried rice and noodles in the northern sector. Now, they push a trolley and offer more varieties. In Thailand, it also depends on trains. Some sprinter trains which do not have meal coaches only provide prepackaged rice that has already been factored into the ticket, and only one meal during a twelve-hour journey. Many westerners did not eat it, but I found it okay - green curry rice.

I did notice Thais really fry things inside the meal coaches. That is probably how they manage to provide set meals.
