Found 6 set items from P1-65, countless useless legendary except for a windforce and vile ward. Gotta be bad luck or MF is too high. Started with 300MF and now P65 max on 402MF, not a single set since 10 levels or a week+. Last set was an inna's belt which only could sell for 1.5mil.

You need to cap it out on your follower when you solo. When party play, max is 375 but solo you can go above 375 with follower. I don't know if over 375 works but I can see I've been seeing a lot more legendaries than 200+MF but most of them don't worth anything. It can be safely assumed that I have 1 legendary for every paragon level I gained.
