This is a much better website that Glomac finally put up in order to gain more attention from potential buyers. It would be even better if they can provide latest information about the project to many property websites as they showed outdated information right now.

Glomac didn't allocate green area in front of the houses to plant the grass / tree for the past 4 phases. It's not a pretty sight to see. but I do noticed they are adding it starting phase 5.

Hope Glomac can improve on this. Always prefer green environment.

Glomac take over whole lakeside land , no sold to mahsing.

This 2.5 storey is under austral sell but no process build abandoned project .glomac take over then discuss buyer (maybe buyer top up price) then continue process build. This 2.5 storey no under lakeside master plan .

Same phase 5 & 6 almost 80% completed.

Heard from one of the resident from phase 1 that so far didn't hear any break in case.

hi, anyone know would it be separate entrance for new phases or all phase will be sharing the same entrance? as of i know from the master plan in sales gallery when checked out phase 4 its seems glomac will have another entrance on sales galleria side.
