Thai Charoen Corporation (TCC) Group Chairman Tan Sri Charoen Sirivadhanabakdi says its subsidiary, Frasers Property, has taken initial steps to look into possible investment in Tun Razak Exchange.

International Trade and Industries Minister (MITI) Datuk Darell Leiking said Charoen’s son Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi will lead Frasers’ team and further engage with MITI.

Based on feedbacks, there is almost nil/ minimal enquiry for office spaces in KLCC area.

So yes, both will be tough one. PNB will move their subsidiaries to 118 and TRX supposed to attract financial institutions to be there with tax break.

The issue is we not creating new demand but rather recycling them.
