1. We are working on streaming & for ingame audio or view i dont think we are able to do it its still closed to competative scene
2. well i hope our streamer n comentator can do a good job entertaning everyone

1. Filter new registered forum member players.
2. Filter players based on in game stats (level/win).

If still more than 40, use balloting.
