- Every shipment is covered by default insured value of each courier company ( Poslaju RM 200, Gdex RM 100 ), Addtional insurance is based on buyer request, and buyer have to bare all the cost of additional insurance.
- When shipment loss, buyer will only get back the amount that courier company insured or with the amount of insurance that buyer bought.
