I'm looking for " VETERAN " players who has the characteristic role i'm looking are either:-
One Flexible/Fast Carry
Support/Babysitter
Support/Roamer
Ganker/Trilane
Ganker/Initiater
Ganker/MultiCharacter such as Meepo,Chen,Enchantress

I would just like to ask the following from the future canditate :-
Able to travel.
No Bullsh*t
Obey to commend
Able to convey commands and "Follow"ing it.
Able to have online conversation such as Mumble,Skype and etc.
Able to practice and show "Improvement","Teamwork" within 2 months time period.

I don't mind if its a girl or a boy.
I just want the players wouldn't cause a problem and also affects their study.


I would like them have experience in item build,farming time length,situationals calls.
Map Awareness
Able to respond quickly and immidiate action when getting gank.

NO TROLLING OR FLAMING HERE.
IF YOUR NOT SERIOUS,GET LOST.

Join the Lowyat DOTA and get 1st place then you can talk high and mighty. Since its a random people in a team.. it wont be hard for a pro like you to win.

I thought majority vote is on formed team?

From the info i got .. they pick any random LYNer who register and mix them together and give 1 week to train with each other before the tourney at 5/10 ~ 6/10 time 8pm.

To promote yourself .. i suggest you join in. IF you can handle a random noob/pro/average player in a team that is.

If it means finding a player for my team.
