I wonder if banks only charge 0.8% to selected website only? It shouldn't be that case right? But I'm been using HLB Wise to purchase from 2 Korean website, non of them charging extra than initial conversion amount. I can see the different (additional charges) when using CIMB card.

Reporting no cross border fee when purchase Xiaomi using HLB Wise...i can safely assume HLB Wise won't charge cross border fee. But I would prefer to find cards that give some reward like cashback or points yet not charging cross border fee, any idea? |
