there's an option to enable items on the floor at all times, you dont have to point or go near an area to be able to see what it drops.

if you mind so much about drops, you wouldn't miss setting up that option in your games.
it doesn't take patch 1.0.5 to fix this

i like the sound upgrade.. but the color of the legendary drop was never a problem for me..

probably they can try changing the monitor color settings

some act3 mob makes the same sound as the goblin, it's annoyingly confusing
