You cannot make a big part "smaller" from experience.
If you have a fat azz you will lose fat from everywhere else and last from your backside. So, the trick is to make everything else BIGGER to make the azz in proportion. Front Squats, Hack Squats, upper body training, try to minimize the glute work. No back squats. This can work! |

Glutes =/= butt size.
He clearly means he has a fat butt. Just drop overall bodyfat. Why has glute hypertrophy been brought up? |
