You cannot make a big part "smaller" from experience.

If you have a fat azz you will lose fat from everywhere else and last from your backside.

So, the trick is to make everything else BIGGER to make the azz in proportion. Front Squats, Hack Squats, upper body training, try to minimize the glute work. No back squats. This can work! smile.gif

TS wants to make his butt appear smaller. So, less emphasis on squats to avoid glute hypertrophy and instead front squats and hack squats for quad dominant exercises plus hamstring work to help make his legs in proportion.

Glutes =/= butt size.

He clearly means he has a fat butt. Just drop overall bodyfat. Why has glute hypertrophy been brought up?

Do you know your ab genetics if you haven't gotten <12% bodyfat yet?

How the hell do you know your ass is big cause you have abnormally gifted glutes?

Just lose the damn fat and think about gaining glute muscles later.
