Freq = y + (Vcore - x) * z

Freq = potential clockspeed
Vcore = Vcore at potential clockspeed

y = your current highest stable speed achieved
x = voltage at highest stable speed achieved

z = 870 for Toledo (also dc-Opteron)
z = 860 for Manchester
z = 620(?) for SanDiego (also sc-Opteron)
z = 310(?) for Venice
z = 860 for Winchester

Vcore is the voltage you assume you would use to run at higher speed

LEt say you dare to push with 1.55V.... use Vcore=1.55
