Your Condition is too deep and complicated to take the simple advice given by others above.
Clearly there are some serious problems with your brain chemistry. All your thoughts, sensations and emotions are nothing more than chemical reactions produced in your brain. You can stimulate positive chemicals (e.g Serotonin) to a certain extent by the advice given above, but they are rarely effective in a serious imbalance like your case.
Your diet also plays an important part in the production of these chemicals. But at the moment it would be difficult to find a solution as there are too much complications involved.
In the meantime you have no choice but to see another Psychiatrist. You have to accept that your brain is not like a normal person's. Since you Brain is overwhelmed by bad chemicals, you need to replace them temporarily with good chemicals given by your psychiatrist.
It the drug by your first psychiatrist didn't work, inform the new psychiatrist so that he can try a different one.
Your priority now is to work with the psychiatrist to feel better first (it might take months or a year even). Only after that can you start to reduce slowly the drugs and see if your brain has recovered sufficiently to cope on it's own.
BTW seeing a psychiatrist does not mean your are crazy as many people think. It's just a medical condition with your Brain Chemicals that need to be treated as soon as possible.
Good Luck.
Needs some advice.. =(
