LAst week,we negotiate about how to deal whether to COD or POSLAJU and at the end he chooses to bank in and I'll use POSLAJU.

He said will bank in on Monday but and then delaying and delaying.

At the end,he said don't need it liao..


Additonal info : He said he was busy with his work,therefore didn't reply me but I saw him posting reply in the forum.I did inform him about the deal everyday and able to observe that he still posting in forum.

in the end you did not lose anything. This is part and parcel of trading online based on trust. Since you are not conned of anything, just take it as a minor annoyance. I am sure this has happened to almost all sellers.

He don't need to use excuses as busy and let me wait and wait and wait.

- inability for me to COD due to unavailable transport on day time weekdays
- I can't follow his ending working hour because still no transport for that time always

Most people would be dissatified with such behaviour (FFK), but since you said you accept his apology, do you still want him on the list?
If you do, i'll post his name and details up since it's clear this is a FFK case. Now what is done is already done unless he compensates you for it or something.

Otherwise, you can just close this thread to signal a solved dispute.
