As you know, we live in a country where you are obsessed with various foods in the market. In order to have a proper meal especially in bodybuilding field, what is the best and easiest meal that can be prepared :-
Morning Late Morning Lunch Late Lunch Evening
It is something that you don't require to wake up early to cook, something that can be served in a shortest time.

If u r working, meat prepared from the morning can last until lunch, but for late lunch i would say either u go for take away or protein blend.

prepare few days..store in freezer..and just wave it... eggs leave it in boiling water for a bout 1 minute..ready to eat..

what kind of meat that is good to serve in the morning ? Chicken ? get the chicken fillet or smth else ...

beef, noler, i take 2 or 3 times in a year ... at most also pork .,
