The location of Legendary items will now be marked by a column of light as well as a ping on the mini-map the first time they drop, and a new sound has been added
Affixes on items will now roll their level based on the level of the monster killed (rather than the item’s level)
Class-specific items will now drop more often
Items below iLevel 58 no longer drop in Inferno difficulty

LOL that will be nice..

Things I like:

- Monster Power; look like those with high MF gear will not go wasted. will stack above 300 (looking at biatche...)
- Infernal Machine; battle 2 "uber" boss at once. Legendary ring need crafted material...
- New shines!
- Many enhancement to AH
- A new item delivery system has been added that will allow Blizzard to send items directly to players
- The cast time for identifying Rare items has been reduced to 1 second
- The location of Legendary items will now be marked by a column of light as well as a ping on the mini-map the first time they drop, and a new sound has been added
- Affixes on items will now roll their level based on the level of the monster killed (rather than the item’s level). This mean more quality item; less item with lowly stat such as +12 resist all shakehead.gif .
- Items below iLevel 58 no longer drop in Inferno difficulty
- Square-quality gems no longer drop in Inferno difficulty
- Monk class Skill bonuses can now roll on shields
- The "coolup" has been increased on the Fallen Lunatic’s suicide power from 1-3 seconds to 2-5 seconds, giving players a more predictable time to kill them (or run away) before they explode... hate these guys

damn they fixed a lot of stuff!

Things I no like:
- Many nerf to defensive skill
- My Enchantress Power Armor reduced from 15->5... i love u less eirena

LOL why look at me, many have MF too

and why does monster power benefit me so much? is it my MF or my DPS actually. i didnt mention ... i actually have 170k dps with glass cannon only.

now follower MF will respect 300MF cap

so I will have excess MF, of over 30 haha, time for new gear i guess

this is interesting though

perhaps it means 4affix vs 6affix?
or 80str -> 180 str?

yepp..its like back to the start of D3, those without uber EQ will only farm act 1 or max early act 2, the drop stats will be at that monster level they are farmin..no longer having a chance of possibility to score BIG at lower act.

This could sparks a rage soon among D3 players sweat.gif

i think "Affix on an Item" is the stat on the item, like u suggested, if one of the affix is STR, then rather than 80str min it will be 180str min at higher level mobs setting...

what i think lerr...but all aren't known yet until the patch realy out..but i hope its the roll on the affix, not on the number of affix (rather have few affix but realy high stat)

My guess, you can try 1.05 as early as the next few days. I dont remember seeing patch notes come out to far from the patch. BUT.. it's only the PTR (Public Test Region) version.

Tornado proc rate reduce by more than 50% from 0.2 to 0.08. They are smart putting numbers instead of percentage if not a lot of barb will be crying in the forum on the proc rate of the tornado.

That means how much times the tornado will hit the enemies, which in effect affects the ticks that the tornado hitting the enemies. If last time it takes 5 ticks to kill a skeleton with a single tornado, it will now require 11-12 ticks to kill them.

Which means it will affect the amount of fury generated, in return you will be fury starved due to the proc rate is reduced.

That means later you will either need to balance your barb to have DPS or using a mighty weapon to make up for the loss of the fury generation for WW players.

With your spec and DPS, I think you will do fine in 1.05. Just that LOH will be affected by >50% so that time you might need to get more LOH to compensate for the proc nerf. WOTB will be harder to maintain though I believe.

Sub 30k barb without sufficient crit and LOH will get hit hardest. Upgrade your gear now before prices go crazy, and keep whatever high LOH you have with you now until 1.05 hits. You will chop their neck nicely.

i think it means the later.

D3 Item affix:

http://www.diablofans.com/topic/41045-spoi...i-item-affixes/

That's mean, regardless if you get lowly iLvl58 in inferno, it will be at good stat. That is because monster level in inferno is between 61-63. Good stat in a sense, better roll. Say damage: Dagger of <affix>

Savage - Tier 6 - 36-40%
Grim - Tier 7 - 41-50%

If you get Dagger of Savage, additional damage is only from 36-40. But because it will now determine by monster level, you will get (as example) Dagger of Grim which will give you 41-50% damage.

Same goes with everything else, armor, dex, vit, etc.

If you want to buy something now... DONT.

So, imagine the new AH...

ps: number of affix (4 or 6) determined by your MF

I say make MF >400 a 50% drop in any difficulty level....else, do away with that shite stats.

oh why?...coz regardless how high it is now...still getting 300+ strength on my daibo drop, 400+ dexterity on my ceremonial knife, 300+ strength on my quiver....and what's not...

can't brain this random roll...

Imagine dropping a 100mil legendary on the PTR, sure will cringe and cry haha.

First thing Im gonna do is crank up the monster power dial to 10.If 2 hit ko like old inferno, then need to prepare my gears.

i think those with the experience farmin act 3/4 inferno during the early days of D3 will survive better, coz its like "back to the future" inferno again blush.gif

err...issit..monster power 0 is the current inferno with 25% damage reduce ? cant imagine power level 10 is how..heh..but as long as the champs/elite dont regen back their life, wont mind death zerging over and over again if the loot drop is worth more than the repair..most will be like..

Start --> hunt Champs/Elite only--> die, come back, die, come back, die, come back, loot...rinse repeat...haha
