Is it Facetime is available on 3G now ? ANy Celcom user or Maxis user can clarify this for me ?

Any1 experienced that Personal Hotspot via WIFI is not working for New iPad but via USB is working ?
My New iPad cannot share my internet connection to my laptop anymore via WIfi @@ It can only be shared via USB. Any1 experienced this ? p/s the hotspot is detected but with no internet connection |
