Bros, just a little feedback on the So called stiff collar ring, rigid ring , cock ring or whatever name it has. The thing is worth every penny. Could be my car is old and tired clocking 65k++ km and 18mths old. The steering feedback is much better than stock now. The turning is much sharper n accurate too, the car wouldnt sway if i turned the steering1 to 2cm left n right while driving 90km/h. The ring surprisingly reduces some of the suspension noises at the rear ( There was noises on uneven road even after the bump stopper replacement and in fact was scheduled for 2nd replacement this week). Body roll also reduces slightly. I'm 100% satisfied.

Another issue the rings solve partially is the noise and steering vibration while turning on uneven road at low speed. The vibration n noise reduce by half at least. Anyway i will update again if any of those issues does come back ( durability checking )

Bro....

If the steering response is sharper and more accurate, what do you mean when u say the car wont "sway' even when u turn the steering 1-2cm while driving???

Do you mean the car wont turn and "sway" to that direction?? Doesnt this means lesser steering response as your steering "dead zone" have in fact increased by 1-2 cm??

Or do you mean the car wont "roll" as much....?? But then again, the car dont suffer body roll at all when you steer and steer corrections (the 1-2cm movements) during a straight line drive, no??

Or do you mean you DONT need to do much steer correction as much, which again is negative to the fact that if you steering response have increased, very small steering movement will translate to the wheels, thus the need to do more steering corrections??

Sorry, kenot understand that statement in bold....  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

One is for engine and power response at low end RPM, the other is to harden and stiffen the chassis during movement....  Diff poison diff function....

How much is those rings for front and back full set, and installation.....?? Adds up doesnt it....??

Sorry for the confusion, I meant there was dead zone before I installed the ring and now it's much minimized

Sc retorque my undercarriage almost every visit becoz I complain bout the rear suspension and steering noise without fail till they finally schedule another bump stopper replacement. The result is different from the rings.

This sentence alone already makes me label this otromen as a hypocritical liar. The rest of what he said is less important.... Just my gut feeling...

Sorry if I sounded making fun of him. But I'm giving an opinion as a user, I'm never really an active member in either club, group or forum, I'm just an owner who wants the best for his car. It really sounds dangerous and risky to engage someone who doesn't understand the maps to remap our car. He did mention himself he just copied somewhere in the net and doesn't understand the thing becoz he is no engineer. Would u engage someone who knows nothing about suspension to install adjustable suspension for u even if he has the right tools to do the jobs? What will he do if I encounter engine knocking/ choking/ stalling issues after the remap? Will he be able to fine tune the map to suit my engine? We all know not every engine is manufactured equal..

It's really just my point of view that i would like to share after reading the posts. Cheers and happy modding.

I kena cucuk by a modded 2.4hb before. I drive 1.8mt. It was a fairly straight line , he left no room for me to breathe all the way to my 6.8k at 2nd n 3rd gear then he zoomed pass. just no chance for me.

But true news is.. I kena smoke by 2.4L during mid range.

So how? Any idea how to put 4B12? Since engine size same with 4B10.

No la, the one cucuk me is modded. At least intake and exhaust.

A mechanic told me he can do 4b12 conversion but I haven't got the time to check with him the details

I remember I told the mechanic I felt 10-15% more torque in the low end (before 3.5k ) but it was before 421 and remap. The improvement may seems relatively small if compare to 421 + dyno tuned map

Skali do blue print and balance then.

I decatted and replaced with 2 bullets, I'm considering to remove the bullets. And wait, I test drove William's car his car has more torque after 5k rpm. Not sure is it becoz of decat....
