beware ... LED different resistance value from BULB ..
might need to add resistor ...

ETACS system detects using RESISTANCE value on all the electronics ..

so when u click LEFT signal .. it actually sends a resistance value to back to the etacs .. (left n right different value) ..
so by reading the value .. the ETACS know what to switch on.. wat to switch off..
this method of wiring reduce the total numbers of wires .. as copper aint cheap ..
they name it CANBUS system. its like all wired parallel .. but different resistance value send different voltage to the ETACS .. thus ETACS knows what to do on each different value..

by changing the rear lights @ brake lights ... yup its light only .. but our Cruise control use the brake switch which immediately link to the rear brake lights will have the resistance value disturbance when u switch to a different LED ..
u need to pair with a resistor to make it same value like the original .. else ur cruise control will failed to work ..

fail safe feature by ETACS .. it thinks that ur brake is not working thus it doesnt allow the cruise to be on ..

REMEMBER >. me no qualify engineer.... YOU CHOOSE TO BELIP OR NOT ..

So different resistance will give different CURRENT value back to the ETACS..

12v = I x (12 ohm)

12v / 12 ohm = I
1A = I .... (EXAMPLE)

i know some manufacturer they build the LED lights together with resistance build in .. NOT ALL .. u have to check ..

and to those not using cruise .. no issue .. as the cruise needs the brakes lights only ...

no issue geh..worse case put back ori only.. wont burn.. etacs can handle that

in case u dunno already.. the paddle shift.. the headlight leveling.. all use same method.. tats why t630 ask can mod paddle to signal or not? i told him yes.. but must check whether it is connected to the correct BUS line.. there is 3 or 4 diff bus line d..

oh well. non qualify engineer koking..pardon me please..

can build a safe mode direct flash as well ..
but when plug back in it might have error codes.. have to clear again ..
anyway .. i do not recommend doing that ..
ECU 64 + 54 pin ... one of them loose jor .. u also headache ...
so better leave it there .. dun do unnecessary movement to it ..

port n polish.. the flow will be smother..
unqualify engineer will have to fix it...
